Terms of Subscription in Yasa Arts Introduction to Subscription: By registering and paying for Yasa Arts programs, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned below. Yasa Arts also has the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and you will be notified of any changes. Thank you for choosing Yasa Arts, and we wish you an enjoyable and beneficial experience! Eligibility to Subscribe: The subscriber must be 18 years old or above. For younger ages, parental approval is required. The subscriber must be in good health and able to participate in the activities. Registration and Payment: Registration and payment are only online. Fees must be paid in full before the start of the course. All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation by Yasa Arts. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation is free within 24 hours only from the date of payment. You can cancel before 48 hours from the start of the course with a 50% refund of the fees. No refunds will be given after the course has started. Yasa Arts reserves the right to cancel or modify the course schedule. Absence and Compensation: If you miss one session, you can compensate (free of charge) during the course. In case of absence with a medical excuse, you can compensate for up to two sessions free of charge during the course. There is no freezing of the subscription. Discipline and Behavior: All subscribers must adhere to the rules and etiquette of Yasa Arts. Smoking and eating inside the training halls are prohibited. Proper attire must be worn. Everyone must be treated with respect, and any inappropriate behavior may lead to cancellation without refund. Safety and Health: All safety instructions and guidelines must be followed. Privacy: Photography or video recording inside the hall is prohibited without prior permission. The privacy of all subscribers is respected, and no personal information will be shared without their consent. Yasa Arts Rights: Yasa Arts reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes. Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a satisfaction guarantee only for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with your experience and wish to claim the guarantee, the following conditions must be met: You must be a new client purchasing a course for the first time. Attend at least one session during the first week of your subscription. You must notify customer service after attending your first session from the course start date. Failure to provide timely notice will cancel your claim. Refunds will be processed in the same way as payment and will take from 3 to 14 business days. Discount Conditions: Discounts are available for new and existing subscribers if applicable. The discount code must be entered at registration to receive the specified discount. Discounts cannot be combined, and only one discount can be used per registration. Yasa Arts has the right to modify the discount terms at any time.
